Terms & Conditions – Little Luminaries Play


1. Bookings & Payments
 

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Session fees are non-transferable to other families.


2. Attendance & Collection
 

  • Parents must sign children in and out on the daily register.

  • Children must be collected promptly at the end of their booked session.

  • A late collection fee of £5 per 5 minutes will be charged after the first 5 minutes grace period.

  • Only authorised adults (named on registration form) may collect a child. ID may be requested.
     

3. Safety & Welfare
 

  • All staff hold Enhanced DBS checks, safeguarding training, and at least one staff member present has Paediatric First Aid at all times.

  • Parents must provide up-to-date medical and allergy information.

  • Little Luminaries Play cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings brought by children.
     

4. Behaviour Expectations
 

  • We promote positive behaviour with praise, encouragement, and restorative conversations.

  • Bullying, violence, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Repeated unsafe behaviour may result in a child losing their place.
     

5. Emergencies
 

  • In emergencies, staff will follow our evacuation, safeguarding, and medical policies.

  • Parents/carers will be contacted immediately if a child requires medical treatment.
