Refund Policy
We carefully plan our staffing and resources around confirmed bookings to maintain safety and quality. For this reason, our refund
policy is strict and transparent:
1. Non-Attendance

No refunds will be given if a child does not attend their booked session, regardless of reason (illness, change of plans, or other absence).

Late arrival or early collection does not qualify for any reduction in fees.
2. Club Cancellations

If Little Luminaries Play cancels a session (e.g., due to venue closure, staff illness, or extreme weather), parents/carers will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
A credit to use against a future booking.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a long-term closure (e.g., government-mandated lockdown), refunds/credits will be processed fairly and communicated clearly.

Families facing severe hardship may contact management for discretionary review.
