Refund Policy

We carefully plan our staffing and resources around confirmed bookings to maintain safety and quality. For this reason, our refund

policy is strict and transparent:

 

1. Non-Attendance

• No refunds will be given if a child does not attend their booked session, regardless of reason (illness, change of plans, or other absence).

• Late arrival or early collection does not qualify for any reduction in fees.

2. Club Cancellations

• If Little Luminaries Play cancels a session (e.g., due to venue closure, staff illness, or extreme weather), parents/carers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit to use against a future booking.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

• In the event of a long-term closure (e.g., government-mandated lockdown), refunds/credits will be processed fairly and communicated clearly.

• Families facing severe hardship may contact management for discretionary review.
